There is no doubt that concrete one of the most consumed materials all over world. It a composite mix widely used for constructing structures and infrastructures to sustain environmentally induced stresses such as thermal seismic. As mainstream construction industry tended find out feasible solutions, Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) was introduced play an essential role in development dams pavements, where 550 RCC were created by end 2012. In fact, this material has same basic constituents conventional with zero-slump significant difference placing process. The majority available studies literature are composed numerical investigations assess seismic behavior provide clear view on how improve its performance under various loading conditions. This paper summarizes compares general conclusions recent works evaluating structural dams.
